Coli fragmentation
Escherichia coli is the most studied bacterium in modern biology. As a model organism, its genome sequence has been completely determined. The conclusions drawn using molecular biology methods in E. coli can be used in the study of other organisms. Furthermore, in bioengineering, E. coli is widely used as a host for gene replication and expression.
High-pressure homogenization is the most common method of cell disruption in biopharmaceutical processes. Lysis in a homogenizer relies on pumping the cell slurry through a restrictive pore valve. Cells suspended in spent culture medium or buffer obtained from the bioreactor step are conveyed through the product supply line to a plunger pump, which moves the cell slurry to homogenization at pressures up to >1,000 bar (14,500 psi) machine valve.
ATS provides equipment of various specifications from experiments to large-scale production (up to 4000L/H) to meet the needs of customers at different stages.

● High crushing rate, more than 95% can be broken at one time
● Special feed valve design, no exhaust required, direct feeding
● Built-in cooling system directly absorbs the heat generated by crushing to ensure the activity of intracellular substances
● Variable frequency control system can adjust the flow rate according to requirements
● Comply with GMP design and pass EU CE certification
● PLC control screen makes operation easier
