have the effect of preventing precancerous lesions.
Technical background
Vitamin A1 contains 5 unsaturated double bonds, and vitamin A2 contains 6 unsaturated double bonds, so the chemical
properties of vitamin A are very unstable, and it is easy to oxidization and deterioration when exposed to oxygen in the air.
In the production practice, in order to improve the chemical stability of vitamin A and prolong the storage time, suitable polymer
embedding materials such as Arabic gum, gelatin, β-cyclodextrin, carrageenan, denatured starch, etc., are usually selected, and
processed into microcapsule preparations by emulsion embedding and fluidized-bed spray granulation, and then added to food
and drugs.
